YOUR TASKS

Overall responsibilities and duties

• Execution of preparation of shopfloor software concepts and pilot surveys due to internal and external requirements as well as implementation and maintenance of the selected software

The main missions of the role are:

A Shopfloor Software Engineering

Preparation of shopfloor software concepts in consideration of existing and in the future used production and test equipmentExecution of pilot surveys due to internal and external requirements as well as selection and testing of shopfloor softwareOrganization and execution of workshops for the integration of shopfloor software together with internal and external partnersImplementation of shopfloor software in consideration of data protection, data security and availabilityConfiguring / Administration / Programming of shopfloor software in consideration of the valid Hella security- and data protection regulationsExecuting in monitoring and optimization of the shopfloor system by appropriate system management- and system performance toolsAnalyzing and repair of failuresOrganization of trainings for the system usersSupport from regional side to follow the group digitalization footprint, esp. in application preparation for FES Digital demandsAssess and prepare shopfloor digitalization use-cases as digital-driven savings contributing to company saving target

B Projecting

Participate in project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field

More than 1 years of experience in manufacturing engineering

Experience in automotive related industries preferred

Experience in project management and coordination

• Exceptionally outstanding fresh graduate is considered

Familiar with basic programming skills and logical thinking, able to learn and apply programming tools to support engineering work and data analysis

Electrical experience/background preferred

Good oral and written English Communication and interpersonal skills Accountability and transparency Collaborates with others Drive results Learning agility
