Account Types
- Job Seekers: Free accounts for individuals seeking employment
- Employers: Paid accounts for companies posting jobs and hiring candidates
3. User Conduct
You agree not to post false or fraudulent information, impersonate others, harass users, violate applicable laws, upload malicious code, scrape the platform, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
4. Job Postings
Employers agree to post only legitimate job opportunities, provide accurate descriptions, comply with employment laws, and not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
5. Job Applications
Job seekers agree to provide truthful information, not submit spam applications, respect employer communication preferences, and not use the platform to solicit business.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months or unused services.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by us or our licensors. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee job placements, verify all job postings, or guarantee the quality of jobs posted.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or content you post.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or at our discretion.
